1. Purchasing from Playnex
All services and digital goods available on the Platform are offered directly by Playnex.
Playnex is the merchant of record for all transactions processed on the Platform.
We do not operate as a third-party marketplace at this time.
2. Placing an Order
To complete a purchase:
- Select the desired digital product or service
- Proceed to secure checkout
- Provide accurate billing information
- Complete payment authentication (including 3D Secure where applicable)
Orders are subject to fraud screening and payment authorization.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through third-party regulated payment providers.
Playnex does not store full payment card details.
Transactions may require additional verification before delivery.
4. Digital Delivery
Digital goods and services are delivered electronically.
Delivery is considered complete once access credentials or digital information are made available to the buyer.
Due to the digital nature of the products, transactions are generally final once access has been granted.
5. Order Review & Verification
Playnex reserves the right to:
- Delay delivery for security review
- Request identity or payment verification
- Cancel transactions that fail fraud checks
This is done to protect both customers and the Platform.
6. Refunds & Support
Refund eligibility is governed by the Playnex Refund Policy.
Customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
