All transactions on Playnex are subject to fraud and risk monitoring.
We reserve the right to:
- Review orders manually
- Delay delivery if a transaction appears suspicious
- Request additional verification
- Cancel transactions that fail security checks
Playnex may limit or block transactions to protect against fraud and unauthorized activity.
2. Verification
In certain cases (such as high-value or unusual transactions), we may request identity or payment verification before completing delivery.
Failure to complete verification may result in order cancellation.
3. Delivery Records
We maintain transaction logs, delivery timestamps, and access records for security and dispute resolution purposes.
Digital delivery is considered complete once access credentials are made available.
4. Refund Control
All refund requests are reviewed individually.
Refund decisions are based on:
- Whether access credentials were viewed or used
- Order status and activity logs
- Compliance with our Refund Policy
Playnex reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse, policy violations, or suspected fraud.
5. Chargeback Handling
Users agree to contact Playnex before initiating a chargeback.
We maintain transaction records to respond to disputes and protect against fraudulent claims.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
