Due to the digital nature of services, transactions are generally final once digital access credentials have been accessed or modified.

 

Playnex offers a limited reconsideration window (up to 15 minutes) if digital access has not been viewed or used.

 

Refund requests must be submitted via support before initiating a chargeback.

 

Delivery failures confirmed by Playnex may qualify for replacement or refund.
